Most reasonable people might think that if a rational, scientifically based, drug free, (and most importantly) effective, approach to asthma was available, then it would just a matter of procedure, to have it integrated into the mainstream medical system.

 

But most reasonable people are sadly mistaken, because this is not how the system works.

It turns out that in the 1950's, a Russian

medical scientist named Professor

Konstantin Buteyko, 

 

discovered the reason for asthma and a diverse range of other chronic diseases, which led him to developing a method for reversing them.

His method became known as the

Buteyko Method.

Up until recently, authentic Buteyko Training was only available from a few qualified practitioners, who  offered training at numerous clinics and other venues. 

 

Since it's introduction to the "West" in the 1990's, it was hoped that the thousands of positive testimonies, published medical trials and positive media (including a BBC documentary), would encourage the medical industrial establishment to seriously consider it. But this never happened.
